Her  Father was a professional, award winning photographer, as well as a leader in   New Jersey   theater as a director, actor, and filmmaker. Her  Mother, founder of the NJ State Teen Arts Festival and Institute for Arts and  Humanities.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;i&gt;As a young    girl, while participating in CAPA, the Creative and Performing Arts camp created    by her Mother, She was    introduced to a wide variety of visual arts, dance, theater, and music on a    daily basis for ten summers. After    attending    Mason       Gross       School    of the Arts at       Rutgers       University       as a Dance and Theater major; she worked with the Institute for Arts &amp;amp;    Humanities holding    a variety of positions for a period over 10 years.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;i&gt;Although Sherry photographs    Music, Theater and Events, &lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;her passion is&amp;nbsp;portraits,    documenting the stories    within a face. She aims to create&amp;nbsp;her own personal and unique style,&amp;nbsp;capturing    not just a moment in time, but the spirit within. Currently    she works as staff photographer for the award winning Crossroads Theater as well    as freelances for patch.com.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;"I was    in awe of the magic that happened in the darkroom. While my dad loved landscapes    and Ansel Adams,&amp;nbsp;I loved Diane Arbus and her    pictures of strange and unusual people".
